Yummy Smoothies!

As I come up with diff. recipes for smoothies I will post them! these are my on the go meals and they are pretty filling!

Pineapple Bueberry
1 cup Fat Free Milk (you can use any milk of choice)
1/2 cup frozen blueberries (They can be fresh I prefer frozen because of the cost)
1/2 cup Frozen pineapples (again they can be fresh)
1 cup Ice
I always add about 1/3 cup greek Plain Fat free yogurt

Banana Smoothie
1/2 Sliced Banana
1/3 cup Non fat greek yogurt
A handful of Ice
(I add about a drop or two of vanilla extract totally optional)
(if I dont add vanilla sometimes I add 1/8 teaspoon of Cinnamon)

Strawberry Banana Smoothies
1/2 medium banana
1/2 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries
1 1/2 cups skim milk or light soy milk
1/2 cup ice
