Jillian Michaels 30 day shred


Ugh I jsut did this video and it kicked my ASSSSSS! I highly recommend it if you want a good workout and only have about 20 minutes or so. Yup it was rough. I can run longer then I lasted through the video. Personal goal: get through workout 1 lol!
