Tips And tricks!

These are tricks and tips others have given me and some I have figured out on my own.
They have worked in my journey so far and I hope they can some what help you too!

1. I am gunna tell you something you have probably heard 10000000000000 gazillion times. Instead of taking the elevator take the stairs, when you go to the grocery store park as far as you can. (Inless it is night time I dont recommend it then just to be safe).

2. DO NOT punish yourself if you "eat unhealthy" It is not the end of the world. Do not punish yourself by not eating or skipping meals. Just remember tomorrow is a new day.

3. Log your meals when starting out that way you can see everything your eating and every calorie you consume. I log everything so at the end of the week I can see how I'm doing and what I do and don't need to change. For instance if I log one snicker bar which is 276 I can look back and see wow thats how many calories is in my breakfast. That one snickers that did not keep me satisfied for more then 10 min could of been a whole meal for me. Pretty amazing. To log everything I actually use an app called MyfitnessPal. I love it!

4. Log every glass of water you have. Water believe it or not helps A lot when it comes to losing weight. Log it That way you can make sure you are getting enough. For men they should drink 3 liters (13 cups) for women We should drink 2.2 liters (9 cups).
