Jillian Michaels 30 day shred


Ugh I jsut did this video and it kicked my ASSSSSS! I highly recommend it if you want a good workout and only have about 20 minutes or so. Yup it was rough. I can run longer then I lasted through the video. Personal goal: get through workout 1 lol!

I know I dont have that many followers, but let me know what you want to see more of health/fitness wise! I have complied tons of recipes as well as came up with my own. I have tons of exercise plans and my own personal workouts. If its motivation you need let me know! Otherwise my posts will keep being very random lol! I also have some AWESOME recipes that are healthy that my kids even like.

I promise as soon as I get the confidence I will start posting pictures. Im just not sure I feel very comfortable with it just yet. Once I hit a certain point I will post pictures.

New discovery!


So I am a chocolate milk FANATIC! So I bought the Hershey's sugar free syrup. At first I wasnt very happy with it, but then I tried it again and You know for being sugar free I am VERY happy with it. I actually called my friend this morning and warned her NEVER buy this. But I think its what I had eaten it with (plain non fat yogurt with honey). So just so you know I highly recommend the Sugar free hershey's syrup. Escpecially with it being only 15 calories for two tablespoons. The only thing I don't like is how it breaks up in my milk. Weird reason I know but ya, If your a diabetic or trying to cut down on your sugars this is def. worth trying!

Stats!

I have decided I will post weekly stats through out my journey of weightloss! I havent weighed myself in a few days but I will give you what I have from them! I decided not to depress myself by weighing in EVERYDAY!

Age: 23
height: 4'10
Weight: 160
Waist: 41
arms: 12
thighs: 23 3/4

A few changes I have made already

1400 Calorie Diet
I drink a glass of water EVERY hour and whenever else I think about it.
I buy EVERYTHING sugar free that I can
LOW or NO sodium (im not a salt fan)
NO BEER ( A LOT of carbs)
VITAMINS!!!! I can't stress Vitamins enough
I have cut back MAJORLY on Red meats (you will see in my Recipes I post)
NO Sodas I quite drinking sodas after Natalie was born had one every now and then but now it is absolutely NONE.
I eat 3 meals a day all low calorie meals and I have atleast two snack. If I do get hungry in between even after a snack I grab fruits or Veggies.
I eat in the Kitchen or anywhere else away from the TV and CPU.
I use a smaller plate and smaller utensils.

This is just the Beginning I will have more tips and tricks soon! I will also make pages for my FAVE items, recipes, Before and after photos, motivation, and Tips! Remember I will Def still be posting pictures I take! Actually my Next blog will be of my pics I took last week :)

My Natalie

I write this blog as if I have a million followers lol! But as many of you know my blog has been pretty stagnant lately. This month has been HECTIC for me. As a Mother I had one of the biggest scares of my life that being my daughter getting pneumonia and being hospitalized. I promise as things get more stable around the home life so will my blog. My daughter is home now as of yesterday the 6th! When I feel I have time to blog more regulary I will begin again.

A little deeper- My Journey

I found this blog the other day. I found it on Pinterest (My FAVE site) I wanted to share it with everyone. See I have always had a problem with my weight. I can lose it easy, but I always gain it back. When I was little I was always told it was "baby" fat. When I went into middle school I was so unhappy I decided to change my ways but I did it all the wrong way. I starved myself. I weighed 90lbs in 7th grade. Seems like very little but I am only 4'9 so it was healthy for me, but as soon as I started eating I started gaining it all back. Highschool I was in a size 7 (135). After highschool I got back down to a healthy 115 but then I started drinking and partying and gianed it all back. By 19 I got pregnant, had my first daughter at 20. 6 months later I was pregnant again, gave myself no time to get back into shape. After my second daughter (I had her in December) the pounds shed off. I lost 45 pounds in 3 weeks and by the time I started looking for wedding dresses I weighed 130. I was 175 when I delivered Madilynn. So it was a significant weightloss. After I got married I gained all my weight back. I now weigh the same I did when I was delivered my first Daughter. I have been in a VERY deep depression lately. I dont look into mirrors because it makes me cry, I eat fat foods because they make me feel good, I put myself down constantly to a point it pushes my husband away. After reading this blog I am going to post I have decided it is time for a change. I have TWO very beautiful girls who I want to be a great role model for. I want them to see me happy and be proud of who I am. Another reason is Diabetes runs in my family, I dont want to shorten my life because of something I have control over. So throughout this journey I will post Picture record my weight and share tips and trick I learn along the way!
