Things that I keep in Stock at my house

I Love these foods, These are foods that no matter what I couldn't give up in a "diet" Luckily for me they also come in either Sugar free, fat free, or are just naturally good for you! Now I know Cream cheese is not the BEST for you but in moderations it can be. I use it for things like a light spread on my toast or something I dip my Crackers into. Im sure I hardly use the actual serving size. The Miracle Whip I was VERY hesitant to try at first but to my suprise I LOVE it I only use a little on my sandwhiches.  I love yogurt for my parfaits and smoothies. I used to NEVER eat frozen fruit but now I couldnt be without it :)
